Ferryt Partner/Agent is a tool for managing cooperation with partners and intermediaries. The module makes it possible to model a complete structure of agent network and its further expansion. Acquiring new business partners is simple thanks to an automated on-boarding process which is also accessible through various channels.
The agent has access to servicing processes through a dedicated portal. Sales and after-sales processes run by partners and intermediaries are closely integrated with bank processes. The solution easily integrates with other external systems and it is accessible from the level of mobile devices.
The module supports the bank in managing a network of partners and agents by flexibly managing the network’s structure and ensuring control over it. The solution enables modifying intermediaries network, products, offerings and managing users. It executes on-boarding of a new intermediary with the use of an on-line request placed by a counterparty or a sales network head manager. The system automatically verifies entities in external data sources.
A dedicated portal providing partners and agents with access to processes supporting their actions. The portal makes it possible to start sales requests, check the list of requests placed, calculate clients’ creditworthiness or lodge a complaint. It provides access to information on the currently available products, knowledge base, commission reports and settlements. While logging in to the portal, a module of user authentication and authorisation is used along with SSO.
The solution enables defining new products and offerings and modifying their parameters over time. The bank can assign defined products and offerings to selected partners/intermediaries or partners’ branches.
The module provides for operating sales requests placed by authorised agents/partners. Both the process of placing a request by a partner, as well as the immediately following stage, are supported. It is possible to edit selected data, attach document scans, and change request status. The process ends with downloading, printing and signing the final agreement for the client, followed by the closing of the request.
The module comprehensively handles settlements of commissions on sales of banking products by agents. It ensures launching both real and simulated settlements. The solution enables configuring and updating parameters which affect commission settlement, distributing settlements to intermediaries, as well as presenting data in user widget.

The module provides tools ensuring controls over the work of partners and agents. Automated sales reports concerning counterparties and individual employees make it possible to verify the degree of agreement performance. The data provided represent cost effectiveness both for individual partners, as well as for individual contracts. The bank may monitor sales quality and effectiveness on ongoing basis.
A process for registering and handling complaints will allow the partners to report irregularities including calculation of commission, assignment of a wrong remuneration rate or a sales value. The complaint report takes account of e.g. information on requests not covered in the settlements, expected commission values, references to the agreement.
