A number of systemic activities of the company, aimed at constantly increasing the level of product quality, is related to the implementation of the goal of meeting the growing requirements of customers operating in various industries, both in Poland and abroad.
These activities mainly relate to monitoring the effectiveness of internal processes that affect the quality of products and services provided. Thanks to this, it is possible to quickly adapt the operating mode, applied procedures and technologies to the constantly changing requirements of the company’s environment.
The quality of the solutions created and the application of appropriate procedures is confirmed by the ISO 9001: 2015 certificate granted by TUV SUD Management Service GmbH. The obtained certificate concerns high-quality software design and production, software implementation, software maintenance, and other IT services provided by Domdata.
We care about quality in every area of our activity: in the processes of creating products and providing IT services, customer service, software maintenance services and ensuring the security of solutions. We place particular emphasis on the quality of the project work carried out. During the implementation of projects, we use internationally recognized methodologies: Agile, PM BOK, PRINCE2.
The method of operation developed by us provides our clients with an ongoing influence on adapting the implemented solutions to their requirements. It also allows for effective elimination of possible errors in solutions thanks to a wide range of tests performed by the quality department.
