In recent months, together with the employees of mBank S.A., we have implemented a solution for digital onboarding of business customers. The system was implemented based on the Ferryt platform. The project was implemented using the Agile methodology.

The implemented solution gives the possibility of remote opening of an account, as well as full onboarding of a new client, including its comprehensive verification. The processes are carried out digitally without the need to fill in any paper document. The system supports the client in filling in the electronic application, helping to complete the data and informing him about his status. The account number is sent to the client even before the contract is concluded. The contract and other documents are signed by SMS. After the process is completed the client receives the documentation in a digital version.

Using the solution implemented in production, mBank enters into all new account opening and cooperation agreements with corporate customers.
