Full flexibility in integration

Ferryt Open API is a module which opens up new possibilities of integration with the Ferryt platform, ensuring smooth and safe communication between external systems and business processes.

Ferryt Open API enables interaction with the Ferryt platform through a broad set of interfaces which allow:

• a new process instance to be created
• values to be taken from/transmitted to a specified process instance
• actions to be launched on a specified process instance
• applications to be assigned to and received from the selected user
• process instances of a given process, domain and profile category to be searched for
• process import status to be verified
• a file for process import to be uploaded
• process import from the uploaded file to be launched
• a PDF file from the printout template to be generated

Easy configuration with no need for coding

One of the major advantages of the Ferryt Open API is the possibility to configure business interfaces with no interference of developers. Business users can connect interfaces to processes themselves, which reduces the time needed for implementation and facilitates integration management. In order for an interface to be connected, it must be registered in the platform space and called from the process level.

Modern communication standards

Ferryt Open API services are available as Web Service SOAP or as REST API type services. In addition, the module offers numerous interfaces/methods which can be used to perform the system functions with no need to use the user interface, making it a flexible solution that can be adjusted to the organization’s specific requirements.
