Ferryt Architect

Ferryt Architect enables end-to-end processes to be constructed easily and quickly. Our designer tools offer a broad range of ready-made controls which enable complicated programming operations to be performed in a manner that does not necessitate extensive IT expertise.

Process design and automation

Flow Designer – Modelling of processes

It is used for designing workflow processes using BPMN 2.0 notation. It enables process framework and logic to be created and integrated with data and third party systems – with no coding.

Form Designer – Designing user interfaces

Form Designer is a tool for creating forms and screens which form the visual layer of the modelled business processes. Interfaces are created in the WYSIWYG mode – which means that the screen you see when designing is the screen that will be seen by application users.

Output – Standardizing communication

Templates of documents, e-mails and SMS/MMS messages can be created and managed. The WYSIWYG editor enables automatic and intuitive generation and personalization of content.

Data model – Data structure and integration

It supports global and dedicated data models enabling them to be validated, along with other systems, and used in reports, forms and business processes – with no need for migration.

Data space – Managing databases

Data can be operated in databases, displayed, edited, exported and used in business processes. Flexible configuration and easy management of data sets is ensured.

GDPR – Personal data protection

Data can be identified and anonymized in processes in line with GDPR regulations. Anonymization ensures e.g. masking of sensitive information, removing of field values or deleting whole instances of processes containing sensitive data.

Integration

It enables secure data exchange and integration with other systems through SOAP, REST and MQ queues. Users can use external data sources without coding – it is enough to configure input and output parameters. It is also possible to create composition services and integrate with older technologies.

Administration

Ferryt Admin – Environment configuration

Administrators can configure the Ferryt environment and manage system parameters. The module is used for analysing logs, handling of links to applications and processes (Ferryt Link) and handling of process categories.

SLA – monitoring of time with process performance

Lapsing SLA deadlines for processes and tasks are calculated automatically and the results are presented in the Ferryt Workplace application – as a result, the schedule of actions can be controlled on a regular basis.

Maintenance and optimization of processes

Maintenance module

It enables regular and precise observation of implemented business applications in many areas, including the analysis of processes and identification of bottlenecks. It makes it possible to manage implemented processes including the transfer of application logic among environments without aborting their operation. It also allows data archiving rules to be defined or actions to be implemented in JavaScript and assigned to selected controls.

Heat Maps – Visualization of process loads

The functionality graphically presents the distribution of process instances at individual stages. Colour coding enables users to quickly identify overloaded areas and to optimize processes.
