Sending messages
The eDeliveries module makes it possible to send messages to the eDeliveries address and to track their status in real time. Before a message is sent, the user can enter text, add recipients and appendices and the system automatically verifies whether the Electronic Delivery Address (ADE) is correct. Messages can be associated with a case in the case register, cancelled before sending or transferred to another recipient along with appendices. The system supports electronic signing of documents (with the eSignature module) as well as granting of rights to correspondence to specific users. In addition, it is possible to monitor the status of deliveries, to download acknowledgment of sending and receipt and to automatically save them in eDocuments. You can preview appended PDF files without having to download them.
Receiving messages
The eDeliveries module ensures that messages can be received thanks to optional
e-mail notifications which inform the user of new deliveries with no need to log into the system. Every information receipt can be confirmed with a single click of the mouse which is automatically recorded in the system. The user can additionally respond directly to received letters to ensure continuity of correspondence. The system automatically assigns received messages to the relevant cases in the register if it finds matching data, which facilitates documentation management.
Monitoring of statuses and acknowledgement of receipt
The eDeliveries system makes it possible to monitor the status of deliveries on a regular basis to ensure complete control over delivered documents. Every message is marked with a status – as a result, the user gains a quick insight into its delivery stages and a confirmation if it has been received by the recipient. In addition, the system enables official acknowledgements of delivery, sending and receipt to be downloaded as appendices to guarantee the transparency of processes and to increase the security of correspondence.
Mail management and general functionalities

- Secure archiving of documents – all messages are saved in the private memory of the user eliminating the risk of them being lost after 30 days.
- History of performed actions – the system records all operations made on documents enabling full verification of actions related to correspondence.
- Message search in eDeliveries – possibility to search for messages easily in eDeliveries which facilitates management of a large mail volume.
Integration with other modules
The possibility to integrate eDeliveries with other modules of Ferryt Digital Office considerably raises functionality and facilitates daily work with the solution. Security and access control
eDeliveries makes it possible to precisely manage access to mail with rights being granted both to individuals and to whole groups of users. In addition, once integrated with the eSignature module, the system allows an electronic signature to be used which increases security and authenticity of documents.
