Getin Noble Bank S.A. is one of the largest banks in Poland with majority Polish capital. The Bank's offer is available in more than 300 own and franchise branches and a wide network of intermediaries. Getin Noble Bank customers can use modern online and mobile banking. The Bank's offering includes products for individual customers, small and medium-sized companies, local governments, housing communities and large corporations. Getin Noble has 2.4 million customers.

Challenge

Getin Noble Bank needed a multi-channel system to manage applications in Internet/mobile channels. The system was to provide preparation of applications that would enable attractive presentation of the Bank's offer and increase sales effectiveness. The implemented new applications were to be available in electronic channels of communication with the Bank's customers.

Explore our solution

As part of the project, we conducted analyses for the applications selected by the Bank. We adjusted the layout of the applications to the Bank's corporate standards. We implemented new functional and visual controls in the system. Part of the project was also the delivery and installation of a multi-channel application system on the environments indicated by the Bank. We integrated the implemented solution with selected systems in the Bank. We conducted testing and production implementation of end-to-end processes. Currently, in addition to service and maintenance, we are developing further applications and processes together with the bank.
