Radosław Mączyński
President of the Board
Entrepreneur, leader and manager with more than 20 years of experience in IT and business; a passionate trendsetter in technology. Involved in international projects of process automation, in particular in the financial industry. Enthusiastic to innovative IT solutions based on low code/no code approaches and artificial intelligence. Promoter of cooperation between the world of science and business as well as keen on promoting Polish technological thinking on international markets.
Tomasz Woźniak
Vice-President of the Board
Related to the IT sector and DomData for most of his professional career. He has made the whole development path – from being a programmer, through team leader and manager to the Managing Director. He has successfully run projects for the leading banks in Poland. Currently responsible for Projects and Low Code development as well as for building and maintaining relations with key customers of the company. He believes that true success is satisfaction with a job well done which not only provides value to customers but also generates measurable benefits for the company.

An entrepreneur and manager with extensive experience in business and IT. Being the CEO of DomData for many years, he has developed a better understanding of the customers’ IT needs. He considers the ability to build business relations based on trust owed to good quality work, timely performance and fair approach in business to be the company’s most important achievement. Responsible for building a stable position of DomData as well as for diversifying the sales markets and industry sectors targeted by the company.
