InForum BI Studio tools support executive and decision-making processes in all crucial aspects of activity of a modern enterprise: managing operation efficiency, planning and budgeting, controlling, OLAP analysis, managing sales and marketing – sales controlling, KPI controlling.
We employ global methodologies in our work: PM BOK, PRINCE2. We pursue our project in stages. Our Customers can monitor our work results at every stage of implementation. The project risk is thus minimized and the compliance of the product and service with customers’ expectations are ensured.
Having obtained an order, the competence centre organizes the project structure allocating the resources necessary to pursue the undertaking in consultation with the Customer. The person responsible for performing the works is the project manager selected from the Project Manager team. The person is responsible for organizing team work, participates in the works of the team, offering their experience gained in previous undertakings. They also take care of communication with the Customer, providing the latter with complete and up-to-date information on the progress of works.
In order to ensure timely performance and budget conformity of the undertakings in progress, we have developed a set of tools supporting the processes of project implementation and software configuration/production. They are used to organize the assignment, reporting and controlling the performance of project tasks.
